(July 05) All trivia concerning Crawford's death is,
of course, irrelevant in light of her shock
reappearance
Was dyeing her hair blonde the day she died of a drug
overdose. It's important to note that the star was
consumed by a serious cocaine dependency in her latter
years. Towards the end, Crawford was spending upwards of
$50,000 a day on cocaine
Crawford's partially-eaten (the cat was hungry) corpse was found slumped over her beanbag by friend
Myrtle
St John
Was married eight times and had twenty children, two of
whom were severely retarded
Crawford's hunger
for an award of any kind after failing to be nominated
for the celebrated The Married Slut (1919) led
her to accept the role of Barbara in June Romance
(1919), a sweeping story of racial difference in the
Deep South. What Crawford didn't realise until after she
had signed on the dotted line was that the film was to
be a Moscar-unfriendly
comedy aimed at 2-year-old boys. Crawford tried to get
out of her contract so that she could pursue other, more
award-worthy films, but was forced (at gunpoint,
incidentally) to make June, which turned out to
be a complete flop when it was realised on Christmas
Day, 1919
Crawford died days before Bustarella
wrapped. At her funeral, 1000 mourners crammed St Ignatius'
Church in Bel-Air to say goodbye to the screen
legend
While filming What the ****! in the winter of 1922,
newly-married Crawford discovered that was pregnant
after a passionate one-night stand with a dark
Lithuanian immigrant studio hand by the name of Serge.
Fearful of being found out by her husband George P.
Stenhouse, Crawford decided to have an abortion, but at
the last minute decided to keep the baby. Crawford
didn't tell blond blue-eyed Stenhouse that the hairy,
black-haired baby was not his son...well, not until one
night in late 1923 when a totally drunk Crawford spilled
the beans (and her bottle of vodka) to a shocked and
furious Stenhouse, thereby ending her first marriage.
She was 20
Celebrated psychic superstar Madame Lucretia accurately
predicted Crawford's death - to the day! The psychic
also rang the Canadian acting legend to inform her of
this important day
Appalling Trash Scoop!
Currently (July 05) in hospital after her ten-year
ordeal at the hands of a psychotic who kept her tied
up in his cellar. Information is sketchy at this point
in time, but it can be confirmed that the body found
by Crawford's friend, Myrtle St John, was that of
Crawford's showering companion, Caprice. The
102-year-old is resting in hospital and will give
interviews when she feels up to it
Came first in the OVER 80s WET T-SHIRT competition at
Jorge Pecante's annual dinner party in Bel-Air
Had
a much-publicised feud with British actress
Millicent
Morgan DeVille,
due in part to the Canadian's overbearing nature,
but mainly due to the sexual advances made by
Crawford to Morgan DeVille's pet donkey over a
period of ten years
